What is Data Store?

Data store facilitates you to save your workflow data in your personal external database.  You can use a data store in many use cases to collect data from your users. Currently, we are supporting MongoDB in the Database connection.

Now the unique feature that we are introducing is the deep integration of Data Store in Live Chat Panel. It empowers your customer support service by providing all the data in one place.

Some Core Features: -

  1. You can create multiple database connections in one account. 
  2. You can create multiple Data Stores in one connection.
  3. While creating Data Store you can set if it should be visible in Live Chat Panel
  4.  You can set a display theme for Chat Panel
